A game changer. The legendary 5.0L Mustang V8 engine has been reconfigured to maximize on performance. With a new dual-fuel-high-pressure direct injection and low-pressure port fuel injection, we’re talking 460 horses churning out 569 Nm torque.
Be silent. Or roar. The dual exhausts with quad tips feature brand-new (and class-exclusive*) active valve performance exhausts. It’s fully variable, so you can control the volume of your Mustang’s rumble.
Tamed is the beast. Every start on any kind of surface is smooth and consistent thanks to Launch Control, which integrates the brakes with both traction and powertrain control. When it comes to track skills, there is no need to have one foot on the brake and the other on the accelerator pedal – Electronic line-lock* (now standard on all models) does all the hard work for you, by locking the front brakes and releasing the rear brakes.
When darkness falls, Mustang goes high-definition. The entire lineup now features signature all-LED front lighting, including low beams, turn signals, projector high beams and available fog lamps to see you through any dust storm.
